has been operational since September 2001 starting from a one employee operation in 2001, we have matured into a full fledged office boasting a staff complement of 12 staff members.

With the expertise of our 2 dedicated marketing staff and 9 operational staff, Metcon has earned a reputable exposure in the market specially on our Freight Brokering service and our NVOCC service to Mombasa and Dar-es-Salaam which provides a gateway into Central Africa's landlocked countries, and the selective Clearing and Forwarding services that we provide.

Metcon News

Metcon is proud to announce the successful launch of their fortnightly NVOCC service to Mombasa & Dar-es-Salaam.

Based on the back of the bulk steel shipments on the MUR vessels, our service has maintained its frequency without any disruptions caused by the strikes and congestion as our service operates out of Maydon Wharf terminal in Durban and the bulk terminals in Mombasa and Dar-Es-Salaam, enabling a much faster turn-around than other less fortunate services.
